Berlin-Brandenburg added as a new region in the easy.GO app for bus and rail

With its new easy.GO update 4.3 TAF mobile GmbH, the Jena-based provider of IT services to local public transportation organizations, is providing its users with a further travel zone. The Verkehrsverbund Berlin Brandenburg (VBB) public transport authority has now been incorporated in the information system for the popular smartphone and ticket app for local public transport. Apart from the usual information for the Mitteldeutscher Verkehrsverbund (MDV) and Verkehrsverbund Rhein-Sieg (VRS) regions, which is already available to them, easy.GO users now have quick and fast access to bus and railway information in the Berlin and Brandenburg area.

“With easy.GO our aim is to systematically integrate freely available information and data from all public transport systems throughout Germany and make it usable. The integration of the VBB region has brought us one step closer to our objective,” said Jörg Wagner, Managing Director of TAF mobile GmbH.
